Job Summary

Oversee the administrative and operational functions of the Alumni Office and Alumni Relations/Community Engagement, including budget and record-keeping for programs/events, processing financial transactions in Workday (spend authorizations, expense reports, requisitions, invoices), facilities coordination and project management for the Alumni Center, timekeeping for student workers, and coordination of alumni volunteers and communications. Acts as liaison with campus partners and vendors, manages data input for alumni records, and supports scheduling and logistics for meetings/events while supervising staff as assigned. Requires strong organizational skills, experience in higher education or nonprofit environments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in an appropriate area; or Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of appropriate experience required.
