Job Summary
Alumni Coordinator at Victory Addiction Recovery Center in Lafayette, LA is responsible for planning and executing alumni outreach, coordinating events and communications, growing alumni referrals, managing the CaredFor app, and developing an Alumni Committee. The role collaborates with Clinical Director/Facility CEO, supports Salesforce data management, tracks outreach, creates engaging content, and drives admissions through alumni networks. Requires on-site work with a focus on community engagement, events, and program development within a substance use disorder/mental health treatment setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile, where facility requires.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred
- One or more years’ experience in the substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment field preferred
