Alumnae and Donor Relations Manager

Job Summary
Supports alumnae programming, data analysis, web maintenance, CRM and communications for alumnae and donors; manages event registration, budgets, and online platforms; leads website UX optimization and social media; supervises student workers and the Student Alumnae Ambassadors; coordinates communications (email marketing, print mailings), pulls/imports lists, prints mailing labels; recruits/supervises student workers; helps manage office budget, gift inventory, and project budgets; requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and strong technical skills in CRM/databases and marketing platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of office and event planning experience
- Knowledge of Agnes Scott College is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google productivity suite, Zoom; working knowledge of CRM/databases (Raiser's Edge, NXT, Salesforce) and/or email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Emma)
- Experience with event/project management
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Insured driver in the State of Georgia
