Job Summary
Operate production line equipment, perform quality checks, and assist with sorting activities to ensure parts meet standards. Assemble and sub-assemble components using hand tools and air tools while placing parts into jigs and utilizing robotic assistance. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, reset equipment alarms, and make minor CNC program adjustments. Train other associates on established processes, perform periodic inventory counts, and communicate production concerns to Team Leaders. Maintain a clean work area, support continuous improvement efforts, and assist with supervising associates when the Team Leader is absent. Work mandatory overtime across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in South Charleston, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive arm movements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods
- Ability to work in temperatures up to 100°F
- Must follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements
