Aluminum Foundry Caster

Job Summary
Melt and pour aluminum into molds, operate furnaces and tilt-pour systems, and safely flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum. Inspect, trim, cut, and finish castings while following detailed work instructions to maintain a clean environment. Produce components for heavy equipment, transportation, and agriculture across North America. Work Monday through Thursday in a four-day schedule with 10-hour days or afternoon shifts.
