Job Summary
Regional Merchandise Manager for the Americas responsible for guiding seasonal assortment across Wholesale and DTC (Retail + eCommerce). Leverage marketplace, consumer, and account insights to inform line reviews and seasonal planning, partner with Global Merchandising/Product, Sales, Planning, Marketing, and DTC teams to ensure GTM readiness and clear product storytelling, and manage inputs for regional assortment tools aligned to global direction. Track milestones, coordinate with partners, and travel to key markets (~20–30%) to gather insights and maintain timely deliverables. Strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering compelling product narratives across channels.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in merchandising, buying, category management, or assortment-related roles
- strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- ability to work with data (Excel/BI) to support sell-through analysis and seasonal recaps
- exposure to GTM calendars, line reviews, and product briefs
- footwear experience in performance categories (running/trail/hike) and familiarity with key accounts/specialty
- travel 20-30% for milestones and account visits
