Altra: Global Financial Analyst

Hybrid FULL-TIME Global Financial Analyst role in Altra VF brand focused on FP&A, forecasting, and financial analysis to support global leadership. You will partner with the Director of FP&A to develop the 5-year rolling plan, model growth opportunities, analyze product margin and cost frameworks, and support monthly/quarterly closes and executive presentations. The role requires 0-2 years of FP&A experience, a degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, strong analytical and modelling abilities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with exposure to ERP systems. Location: Denver, CO with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office). Salary range: $62,208 - $77,760 annually, with potential incentive opportunities. Must be able to effectively communicate findings to management and collaborate across cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Strategy, and Supply Chain.
