Job Summary
Define product strategy and roadmap for the DataPilot platform by identifying key use cases through direct interaction with thousands of enterprise customers. Shaper user experience by collaborating with UX designers to transform vision into intuitive interfaces for native GenAI functionality. Build groundbreaking features alongside engineering teams while championing user needs and enabling sales success through pre- and post-sales support. Collaborate with marketing to deliver industry-leading messaging, positioning, and lead-generation strategy. Work directly with founders to shape engineering initiatives and go-to-market strategies as a founding Product Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in enterprise product management
- Track record of successfully developing and launching technical products for data engineers
- Deep understanding of data stack concepts including ELT pipelines, data warehousing, data quality frameworks, and workload orchestration
- Hands-on experience with contemporary modern data stack technologies such as dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Fivetran, Airflow
- Strong foundation in AI technologies, including LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common objectives through collaboration and persuasion rather than formal authority
- Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities
- Proven success in navigating ambiguity and developing innovative solutions to complex customer challenges
- Previous experience in Series A or B-stage startups
