Job Summary
Lead product development lifecycle for State Street’s Alternatives Investor Services platform, owning end-to-end delivery from concept to launch for capabilities across asset fund administration, transfer agency, and related middle/back-office services. Collaborate across client-facing teams, product, global delivery (operations), and technology to reimagine solutions, develop and prioritize initiatives, create epics and stories, drive agile execution, and ensure governance, risk, and compliance as part of program reporting. Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide expert advice on alternative investments, and drive product adoption. Requires strong organization, ability to balance competing client priorities, and deep understanding of operational nuances in the Alternatives processing domain; experience with Investran, InvestTA, iFAST, ISS, AWD or iCapital is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Alternative investor services operations, client implementation and/or business analysis
- Experience with asset servicing for Alternatives
- Knowledge of transfer agency operating models
- Experience with designing and delivering product development programs/processes in financial services
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity or Squirrel
- Ability to lead development lifecycle and translate requirements into actionable outcomes
- Strong project management, analytical and process transformation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
- Experience with engaging with clients to understand investment needs
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and product ownership
