Job Summary
The role involves serving business operations from a risk governance, service governance, and project management perspective, leading and driving governance committees, and supporting the head of operations in corporate strategy. Responsibilities include supervising employees, managing client relationships, and coordinating with auditors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client relationship experience, and a background in accounting or fund administration, with a preference for proficiency in Chinese and prior experience in the audit/private equity sector.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years+ relevant working experience
- Strong accounting and/or fund administration experience
- Prior staff management experience
- Qualified Accountant
- Working experience in audit/private equity industry/fund administration sectors preferred
