Job Summary
As a Vice President in the Transfer Agency Alternatives Team, you will manage operational areas with complex functions, direct and develop teams, assess staffing needs, and resolve exceptional problems. You will be responsible for budgetary management, staffing, and the development of marketing strategies for prospects and clients. Your role entails direct supervision, communication with clients and vendors, ensuring service continuity, and achieving departmental goals. Candidates must have a BA/BS with ten years of financial services experience, including five to seven years in management.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services
- 5 - 7 years’ management experience
- Substantial operational background
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
