Job Summary
Onboard and maintain alternative investment offerings by partnering with fund managers, Advisors, and stakeholders to execute placement agreements and tailor marketing materials. Support analytical projects for the organization, including enhancing key metrics and reporting to monitor business health and identify opportunities. Manage tactical deal-related deliverables and longer-term initiatives such as manager sourcing and strategic development, while presenting to Product Committees. Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Finance to launch new products and ensure professional representation of the firm.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of financial services industry experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to manage and complete multiple and simultaneous projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to understand, implement, monitor and improve upon key financial and business metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in senior management settings
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to represent the firm professionally with internal and external constituents
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Proficient in PowerPoint
