Job Summary
Product Operations Lead for Global Alternative Investment Solutions focusing on our Alternatives platform offerings. Responsible for governance, communications, and process management across stakeholder governance forums, annual/quarterly planning cycles, newsletters, and product-launch materials. Acts as central quality-control for product releases and training initiatives, exploring integration of product discovery and planning into JIRA, and implementing feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement. Requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, collaboration across product, operations, training, and technology teams, and the ability to drive excellence in governance, communications, and training activities.
