Job Summary
Senior Associate within State Street’s Alternative Investment Solutions group will support data collection, data validation, and performance reporting processes for the AIAS team. Responsibilities include preparing scheduled and ad-hoc investment performance and underlying investment exposure reporting, performing quality control checks, collaborating with the data collection team to resolve issues, and assisting with new client conversions and systems conversions. Qualifications include a BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related discipline and 3-5 years of related experience; exposure to private equity/alternative investments is a plus. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and service-oriented skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access; ability to work in a team-based environment and handle multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is required
- 3-5 years of related experience required
- Private Equity/Alternative Investments exposure is a plus
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and service-oriented skills required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Ability to work in various wed-based applications, MS Excel, and MS Access
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, work independently and collaboratively
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities
