Job Summary
Vice President, Alternative Investments Platform Marketing responsible for leading global and regional marketing strategy for the Alternatives platform at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management. Role entails partnering with distribution, investment, brand, and communications teams to position J.P. Morgan as a leader in private markets, drive capital raising and client engagement, and translate complex investment insights into compelling materials (pitch decks, thought leadership, digital campaigns, and videos). Will develop differentiated narratives and campaigns, collaborate with product and client-advisor teams, enhance digital presence across web, social, and CRM channels, and leverage analytics to optimize ROI. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of marketing experience in asset management or financial services, with strong storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and global coordination capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in marketing within asset management or financial services, with a focus on alternative investments
- Solid understanding of private markets and distribution dynamics for institutional and wealth management clients
- Demonstrated success in supporting marketing strategies that drive fundraising and client engagement
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to represent marketing in cross-functional teams
- Experience working with global teams and coordinating across regions and business lines
- Experience developing marketing content for private markets or alternatives
- Proficiency in financial storytelling and content creation
