Job Summary
Lead the outsourcing and migration program for JP Morgan Asset Management’s global Investment Operations revamp, driving the implementation of a strategic operating model from region-based to client/investment solutions-focused processes. Oversee program execution, risk mitigation, and timely delivery, leveraging data analytics to monitor progress and guide decisions. Build and lead diverse teams, engage senior management and stakeholders, and manage service providers to ensure the outsourcing model is embraced by the business. The role requires leadership across complex programs in the Alternatives space, with a focus on reducing complexity, enabling data quality improvements, and delivering scalable capability enhancements. Mentoring and fostering innovation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve project outcomes and drive data-driven decision making are encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience delivering complex programs or projects across multiple business units
- Valuable experience in alternative investments, operations, or related areas
- Proven analytical experience in business analysis to gather requirements, analyze solutions, prepare testing, and deliver solutions
- Proven proficiency in data analytics with ability to interpret models and provide insights for program execution
- Proven conflict management experience with ability to facilitate discussions and create win-win solutions
- Strong prioritization and accountability for delivering projects and resolving issues
- Strategic proficiency in using data to understand issues and opportunities, evaluate scenarios, and collaborate on strategy and priority development
