Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end customer support for hearing aid services, acting as the internal and external communication hub with insurers, labs, ENT practices, and manufacturers. Coordinate appointments, manage the ordering system, and oversee inventory. Provide in-depth counseling on hearing loss, devices, accessories, and hearing protection. Prepare audiometric measurements and ear impressions for potential hands-on work, or handle service appointments for device inspection, repair, and cleaning. This direct entry role offers a secure career path within the hearing industry, featuring structured 22.5-hour weekly hours (Mon-Fri 08:30-13:00). Candidates receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training alongside opportunities for further education through workshops or a 12-month vocational qualification.
Required Qualifications
