Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle customer support for hearing aid services, managing appointments, inventory, and coordination with insurers, labs, and manufacturers. Provide in-depth counseling on hearing loss, devices, and accessories while serving as the internal and external communication hub. Prepare for and perform audiometric measurements, ear mold impressions, and routine device servicing, repairs, and cleaning. This direct entry role offers a regulated 32–40-hour schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday through Friday. Comprehensive training covers theoretical and practical skills, with pathways to a 12-month vocational qualification through the Chamber of Crafts. The position is a permanent full-time role with opportunities for further education and deep industry insight.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, medizinisch-, pflegerischen oder serviceorientierten Bereich (z.B. Alten- und Krankenpflege, Fachkräfte in der Medizin, MFA, Praxismanagement, Augenoptik, Apotheke, Zahnpraxen, Verkauf, Beratung, Einzelhandel, Großhandel, Kaufleute)
