Job Summary
Team Leader – Alternative Fund Services - Portfolio Administration responsible for ownership and accountability of resources for booking capital calls, distributions, and notices from fund managers; reconciling cash flows and booking valuation entries; developing process efficiencies to reduce turnaround time; producing daily metrics; coordinating with Client Delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables; reviewing and approving requests; and assisting on ad hoc projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business or equivalent, accounting experience (CA a plus), ability to manage high volumes across multiple business areas, global operating model exposure, and strong Excel/Word skills, with a focus on client service, accuracy, initiative, multitasking, and adaptability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business or equivalent
- Accounting experience – a plus
- Up to 4 years of work experience or must be a qualified CA
- Experience with managing high volumes of requests and transactions and working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
- Experience working in a truly global operating model with counterparts located in multiple countries and time zones
- Experience with projects and process improvement initiatives a plus
- Experience using accounting applications a plus and high level of proficiency in Excel and Word
