Job Summary
The Alternative Delivery Project Developer is responsible for driving collaborative delivery pursuits, establishing favorable commercial constructs, and managing relationships with contractors to ensure project success. Responsibilities include participating in strategic initiatives, evaluating client needs, mentoring team members, and developing operational strategies that promote market growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure programs, strong negotiation and sales skills, an understanding of engineering and construction delivery, and the ability to close significant deals. The role also involves supporting client service teams and maintaining a client opportunity database.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure programs and collaborative delivery, with increasing responsibility in sales, strategy, or project development.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial constructs for teaming and execution.
- Proficient in establishing and implementing collaborative delivery methodologies.
