Conduct on-site dismantling, disassembly, and reassembly of client equipment for control site projects. Analyze technical, safety, and environmental documents to execute preventive measures including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic lockouts. Prepare, test, and condition components for repair, followed by painting and shipping. Perform pre-, during-, and post-installation checks and assist in electrical, water-tightness, and hydraulic trials. Manage logistics by loading and unloading client materials and supplies. Document repair needs for spare parts, contribute to expert reports, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers. Adhere to strict safety protocols and intervention schedules while reporting hazards and near-misses.
