Alternant(e) – Analyste en Évaluation Immobilière (H/F)

Job Summary
Conduct market analysis, sector trend research, and site visits for institutional clients across France and Europe. Build and update financial models in Excel (DCF, cap rate, sensitivity scenarios) to evaluate diverse assets including data centers, logistics, and living properties. Collect, structure, and analyze financial and operational data to support high-value advisory missions. Contribute to commercial proposals, tender preparations, and pitch decks while collaborating with Capital Markets and ESG teams. Maintain internal market databases and enhance evaluation tools through new technologies and AI integration. Draft valuation reports adhering to RICS Red Book standards for a varied clientele.
Required Qualifications
- Étudiant(e) en Master (grande école, université ou formation spécialisée en immobilier, finance ou économie)
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel
- Permis B obligatoire
- Bon niveau d'anglais professionnel, à l'écrit comme à l'oral

- Une première connaissance des méthodes d'évaluation immobilière et des standards RICS (Red Book)
- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies, l'intelligence artificielle et l'automatisation des processus
- Esprit analytique, rigueur et souci du détail
- Très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles en français
- Curiosité intellectuelle et envie d'apprendre au sein d'un environnement entrepreneurial
- Fort intérêt pour l'immobilier d'entreprise, la finance et les marchés de capitaux
