Identify BOP requirements during project execution (OTR) and pre-project phases (ITO) with Lead and Application Engineers. Launch BOP OTR sourcing processes using the existing supplier panel and monitor quotation requests with standardized reporting. Conduct bundling negotiations for standard equipment, define purchasing strategies for Class C components, and establish price lists and framework agreements. Participate in OTR project reviews to communicate consultation progress and manage follow-ups. Perform technical evaluations with engineers, lead negotiations to finalization, and manage supplier commercial relationships including contract execution and dispute resolution. Monitor project dashboards, conduct market intelligence, and evaluate supplier performance against defined criteria. Support commodity buyers with quotation follow-up, reporting, and onboarding.
