Receive, store, prepare, and dispatch merchandise while applying quality, deadline, and safety standards. Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to boost productivity, costs, and organization. Create and update dashboards to track service rates, stock turnover, and productivity indicators. Manage inventory, site layouts, and quality control to ensure stock movement reliability. Collaborate daily with operations, transport, and quality teams to handle ground-level disruptions. Utilize WMS, ERP, and planning software to support logistics operations.
