Job Summary
Apprenticeship role in Malt's Talent Acquisition team supporting recruitment for central functions. Responsibilities include coordinating the recruitment pipeline by managing interview schedules and ensuring seamless communication with candidates; sourcing, assessing, and engaging diverse talent pools with a persuasive outreach approach via LinkedIn; delivering an exceptional candidate experience; optimizing employer branding across social media and local activations; analyzing recruitment metrics to monitor early-career pipeline health and efficiency; and maintaining recruitment tools and databases for data accuracy and process efficiency. About you: educational background ideally in HR, Business, or Sales, and seeking a 1-2 year apprenticeship; first internship or project experience is a plus; native-level French and professional English; familiarity with ATS tools (Lever or Greenhouse) and LinkedIn; strong communication with energy, empathy, and ability to pitch Malt’s vision. Local office in Paris with a hybrid remote policy.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background ideally in Human Resources, Business, or Sales, and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.
