Alternance - Talent Acquisition

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes by taking briefs from managers, launching searches in the ATS, drafting job postings, and evaluating candidate applications. Support managers throughout the hiring lifecycle, present offers to candidates, and provide reactive follow-up on all submissions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by measuring candidate satisfaction, refining recruitment steps, enhancing the careers website, and researching new market tools. Occasionally collaborate on broader HR subjects. This operational role involves full on-site presence at the St Herblain headquarters, with no remote work. You will work with international HR teams across multiple countries within the growing 3,000-person LACROIX industrial group.
