ALTERNANCE - Spécialiste Excellence Opérationnelle (H/F)

Assist operational teams in defining and implementing SQDCT productivity projects (Security, Quality, Lead Time, Costs, Team). Propose and monitor the budget allocated to Operational Excellence. Participate in setting up and promoting the Group Operational Excellence program and SeeD learning experiences. Improve organizations, procedures and processes. Contribute to feasibility analysis, selection of technical/organizational solutions and estimation of gains via a business plan, ensuring consistency with internal procedures. Advise, train and support teams on animating and using the Operational Excellence tools (Standards, Kaizen toolbox). Conduct with operations the self-assessments of maturity for the SeeD perimeter. Develop the operational teams through the deployment of the Daher SeeD learning experience. Ensure regular communication on deployment and events related to the SeeD program. Ensure the team has the required skills (QSE training, authorizations). Support QSE maturity in the sector.
