Job Summary
Brand Manager Assistant in Alternance for Sharing & Scooping, supporting Carte d’Or in France. Responsibilities include analyzing the competitive environment and consumer needs to expand the product offering, helping develop brand plans from portfolio strategy to media plans (traditional, digital, social, influencer, events), collaborating with Sales teams (IH & OOH) to tailor programs, developing sales catalogs and point-of-sale materials, and analyzing brand/product performance via distributor (Nielsen) and consumer (Kantar) panels to identify growth opportunities. You will participate in cross-functional projects and marketing initiatives, gaining exposure to operational marketing, product development, and end-to-end brand activation. The role offers exposure to strategic thinking, product development, and fast-paced, cross-functional teamwork in an international setting. Requirements include a Bac+5 education and at least 3 years in FMCG, strong English, and a proactive, autonomous, creative, results-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac+5 en Ecole de Commerce, Ecole d’Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire
- à minima 3 ans d’expérience en grande consommation
- maîtrise l’Anglais
- une expérience en développement produit serait un plus
- capacité de gestion de projets en équipe cross-fonctionnelles
- esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, leadership et impact dans les projets
- autonomie, dynamisme, débrouillardise, organisation et pro-activité
- esprit d’équipe et orientation résultats
- créatif(ve) et bonnes compétences relationnelles (orales et écrites)
- aisance avec les réseaux sociaux et la communication digitale est un plus
