Manage operational activities by organizing tours, planning workloads, and coordinating internally while serving as the interface between commercial, HR, and operations teams. Track key performance indicators to implement corrective actions and handle operational disruptions through rapid adjustments to ensure service continuity. Execute daily data entry for realized work and prepare invoicing elements. Lead team animation while strictly adhering to safety rules. This 12-month alternating contract runs from October 2026 with a one-week school/one-week company rhythm. The role prepares candidates for a Bac+3 Responsible of Operations diploma, offering a concrete operational position with paid training and professional mentorship within the logistics and transport sector.
