Job Summary
Plan logistics activities to ensure operational fluidity for receiving, preparation, and shipping. Manage and track inventory while anticipating needs to prevent stockouts. Optimize the supply chain by analyzing flows and proposing continuous improvements. Lead and motivate an operational team, fostering cohesion and collective performance. Contribute to strategic decisions regarding organization, performance, and safety alongside the service manager. Implement logistics optimization schemes and high-performance work organization structures. This 12-month alternating program runs 50% in the company and 50% at AFTRAL ISTELI REIMS, with full funding.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire d'un Bac+2, ou Bac Pro avec 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à encadrer des collaborateurs
