Job Summary
Plan logistics activities to ensure operational fluidity for receiving, preparation, and shipping. Manage and monitor inventory levels while anticipating needs to prevent stockouts. Optimize the supply chain by analyzing flows and proposing continuous improvements. Lead and motivate an operational team, fostering cohesion and collective performance. Contribute to strategic decisions regarding organization, performance, and safety. Assist in implementing logistics optimization schemes and high-performance work arrangements. This 12-month alternating role at ADLER PELZER in Mouzon involves one week at school and one week in the company, with full financing and no training fees.
Required Qualifications
- Titre Professionnel Responsable En Logistique (niveau 6 - Bac +3)
- Titulaire d'un Bac+2, ou Bac Pro avec 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à encadrer des collaborateurs
- Sens de l'organisation
- Capacité à prendre des décisions
- Dynamique
- Motivé(e)
- Souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement logistique
