Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations including organization, planning, and provisioning while leading and motivating the team through recruitment, training, and engagement. Implement commercial and operational marketing actions to grow clientele and monitor performance indicators such as revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. This apprenticeship, starting September 2026, combines three days of coursework at IESA Strasbourg with on-site learning, with no fees for the candidate.
