Alternance – Logistique (H/F)

Manage air, maritime, and road freight pricing requests for imports from Asia/USA and exports to Africa. Maintain a weekly transport cost database by weight, destination, and product type, reconciling current quotes with six-month billing history. Track deliveries, follow up on supplier orders, and update client delivery timelines in the Cegid ERP. Generate shipping documents including CIPLs, package markings, and certificates of origin; initiate COC inspection dossiers for Congo, Gabon, and Tanzania with COTECNA or INTERTEK. Prepare weekly consolidation trucking schedules from warehouses to Anvers hubs and monitor shipment statuses daily. Resolve logistics disputes and lost parcels by file. Support billing reconciliation with accounting for unanticipated freight charges. Work 3 days onsite in Paris 10th degree, alternating with school, under the Commercial Director and ADVs.
