Job Summary
Alternance IT Deployment & Client Support Specialist (hybrid) responsible for hardware preparation and deployment coordination for client sites, including unboxing/configuring stress-testing hardware, ensuring plug-and-play network readiness, providing first-level client support, inventory/logistics, and internal IT support. Must communicate in English, be hands-on with physical equipment, and collaborate with client IT teams to meet network requirements (firewalls, DHCP, VPN). 3 days in the office with 2 days in school; junior profiles welcomed. Must have IT/CS/system administration-related degree and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, System Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates with 1–2 years apprenticeship welcome
- English fluency
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge (Port forwarding, IP addresses, VPNs)
- Customer-centric mindset
- Organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin (Entra ID/Azure AD) a plus
