Job Summary
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 parameters, conduct pre-sales and proof-of-concept demonstrations, and support business analysts in gathering client requirements. Intervene on-site to address technical challenges and draft functional and technical documentation. Maintain a permanent technological watch on Dynamics 365 innovations to propose solutions to clients across finance, real estate, and insurance sectors. This 12-month alternating program runs from September 2024 to August 2025, with a weekly schedule of 35 hours. Candidates must hold an M1/M2 degree in business or engineering, possess CRM and Microsoft development environment knowledge, and demonstrate Agile mastery.
Required Qualifications
- En M1/M2 en école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs
- à la recherche d'une alternance d'1 à 2 ans
- Connaissance du périmètre d'une solution CRM
- Connaissance de l'environnement de développement Microsoft (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .Net, PowerApps, Azure, ...)
- Capacité d'appréhension du contexte client
- Capacité de rédaction
- Expérience en structure conseil
- Maitrise des concepts Agile
