Alternance – Comptable Mandant (H/F)

Develop and retain a client portfolio in property management by tracking commercial and accounting mandates. Prospect, negotiate, and close new property management contracts while ensuring proper accounting integration for fund calls and receipts. Manage gérance and condominium accounting, including bank reconciliations and supplier invoice controls. Prepare rent calls, fund calls, and management reports aligned with client satisfaction goals. Advise owners and condominiums on accounting aspects and portfolio development. Build strategic partnerships and a network of deal sources, guaranteeing the accounting quality of submitted dossiers. Monitor commercial and budget performance indicators by cross-referencing revenue data with accounting figures. Prepare accounting and tax documents for clients to support commercial relations.
