Alternance – Comptable Mandant (H/F)

Develop and maintain a client portfolio in property administration by tracking commercial and accounting mandates. Prospect, negotiate, and close new property management contracts while ensuring accurate accounting integration for fund calls and receipts. Manage gérance and condominium accounting, including bank reconciliations and supplier invoice controls. Prepare rent calls, fund requests, and management reports aligned with client satisfaction goals. Advise owners on accounting aspects and portfolio development. Build strategic partnerships and an affiliate network while guaranteeing document quality. Monitor commercial and budget performance indicators by cross-referencing revenue data with accounting figures. Prepare tax and accounting documents for clients to support commercial relations. Requires a Bac+3 in real estate, rigor, and strong relationship skills.
