Job Summary
Join MBA ESG as a Chargé(e) de missions RH in an apprenticeship contract. Responsibilities include managing social relations by preparing and participating in meetings, overseeing the integration and progress of apprentices, and handling personnel administration tasks. Engage in individual relations through managing disciplinary procedures and participating in professional interviews. Relevant experience in HR project management and the creation of training modules is desirable. Applicants must have at least Bac+3 in a relevant field or Bac+2 with substantial professional experience. Proficiency in English and strong organizational and relational skills are essential. The position starts in October 2025 with remuneration based on age and profile.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+3 in Banking or Finance, Business School or Management
- Bac+2 with a minimum of 3 years professional experience
