Coordinate digital project deployments by managing client exchanges, adhering to processes and deadlines, and updating tracking tools like Airtable and Notion. Organize logistics for workshops across France, including reserving rooms, coordinating with host venues, and managing materials and payments. Oversee content creation, registration management, and participant tracking to ensure readiness for day-of sessions, while responding to participant inquiries via hotline. Continuously optimize workflows through automation and new tool integration, monitoring key metrics such as participation and satisfaction. Occasionally lead remote digital workshops. This role supports CLIC&MOI's mission to bridge the digital divide for seniors and students through an agile, growing team environment.
