Job Summary
Assist the Internal Communication and Engagement team at Parfums Beauté with implementing communication strategies to boost employee pride and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and disseminating content (videos, articles), executing the monthly digital newsletter in French and English, supporting charitable initiatives, preparing and facilitating internal events, and contributing to annual HR communication plans. Candidates should be pursuing a Master's degree in communication or a related field, have experience in communication, and possess digital content creation skills.

- First experience in communication
- Good relationship and communication skills
- Agility and versatility
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in communication, either in a company or agency
- Master's degree in a specialized communication school or business school
- Skills with digital content creation tools (Indesign, Photoshop, Canva)
- Ability to create simple video edits
- Proficient in both French and English writing
