Job Summary
Join the Regional Management team as an Alternance - Assistant Commercial F/H, where your main role is to actively participate in developing a sales team through prospecting and attending client meetings. You will assist in commercial performance reporting, help build and develop the client portfolio, and attend sales meetings with experienced advisors. Responsibilities include client retention and proposal of new guarantees tailored to their evolving needs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree related to commercial or marketing and possess sales and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree focused on commercial/marketing (BAC + 3)
- Knowledge of banking and insurance is a plus
- Taste for challenge and commercial performance
- Ability to support client targeting and prospecting
- Strong proposal skills and curiosity in learning about the business environment
