Job Summary
Manage and valorize a portfolio of real estate assets by coordinating relocation, lease renewals, sales, and insurance matters while overseeing property managers. Drive eviction processes from initial tracking through legal procedures to local liberation, managing external providers and tenant arrears. Contribute to financial monitoring of asset profitability, charge optimization, and security guarantees, while updating lease documentation and activity dashboards for internal services. Work within the Asset Management Recycling team to support operational, financial, and legal aspects of urban asset recycling projects.
Required Qualifications
- Master 2 in real estate
- first experience in real estate management
- preferably tertiary sector experience
