Job Summary
Assist boutique operations in Paris: welcome, identify customer needs, and guide local and international clients; contribute to revenue growth and achievement of objectives; build customer loyalty by embodying the values of our Luxury Maisons; participate in stock management/replenishment and merchandising recommendations; attend managerial meetings and contribute to daily boutique activities. Requirements include a BAC+2 (or level 5) or BAC (level 4) with at least 2 years of successful retail experience, strong customer service orientation in the Luxury retail environment, teamwork, curiosity and dedication, with conversational English. Internal mobility within Richemont groups is encouraged; highly polished presentation and attentiveness to client experience are valued.
Required Qualifications
- BAC+2 (ou niveau 5) ou BAC (niveau 4) avec minimum 2 ans d’expériences professionnelles réussie dans le Retail
- anglais conversationnel
- sens du service, agilité, attentif à une présentation soignée
