Job Summary
Participate in innovative projects within the Innovation and Transformation Department, supporting the Innovation Lab Manager. Responsibilities include monitoring trends and innovations in client relationships, conducting technology solution benchmarks, coordinating innovative projects, organizing inspiring events for staff and clients, engaging in internal innovation processes, and proposing new innovation strategies to enhance Lab Innovation's offerings. Collaborate with various departments including IT, Sales, CSR, HR, Training, and Communication.
