Requires ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, strong organization and follow-through, problem-solving aptitude, computer proficiency, and a flexible schedule based on business needs. Physical duties include continuous movement, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and handling merchandise on the sales floor and cash wrap.
