Alterations - Store Support - Broadway Plaza

Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales and returns while delivering excellent customer service. Keep the cash wrap area and sales floor “runway ready” through light cleaning and restocking; stay up on fashion trends to help customers with purchase decisions; build relationships by promoting Nordstrom gift cards and Nordstrom Rewards; support order fulfillment and order pickup as needed; collaborate with team to cover flexible store needs. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintain organization, and show problem-solving ability; proficient with computers and eager to learn new software. Flexible schedule based on business needs; physical duties include continuous movement during shifts and lifting items up to 25 pounds when necessary.
