Job Summary
Alterations Specialists are responsible for completing all fittings and alterations to the high standards of David’s Bridal and report to the Store Manager. They provide friendly, knowledgeable, and technical expertise, delivering a five-star customer experience across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions. Responsibilities include managing alterations and sewing tasks to prepare garments for delivery, assisting stylists with gown fit and customization to support sales, maintaining the alterations room and quality checks on garments, handling customer questions with product and service information, and upholding store standards and dress code. The role emphasizes customer-facing service, problem solving, and collaboration with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior sewing experience and 1-2 years in retail apparel are required, with High School diploma or equivalent. Part-time position with hourly pay.
