Alterations Specialist

Conduct fittings, alterations, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning of garments to company standards while maintaining quality control and inspecting items before delivery. Manage customer flow by greeting clients over the phone, virtual chats, and in person to resolve conflicts and promote personalization options. Collaborate with stylists to assist in closing sales through gown fit consultations and maintain inventory by processing special orders. Ensure alteration pricing accuracy, support cash wrap transactions, and keep the alterations room clean and organized. Perform duties as assigned by store management while meeting physical demands including lifting up to 10 pounds and using POS terminals.
