Job Summary
Alterations Specialists perform fittings and alterations to high standards, assist stylists with gown fit and customization, promote alteration services, maintain store-quality standards, manage multiple customer needs, and support sales through exceptional service across in-store and digital channels. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, using systems to manage flow for five-star service, inspecting garments, ensuring pricing and inventory accuracy, and resolving customer questions with clear communication while upholding brand standards and dress-code policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus
