Alterations Specialists perform fittings and alterations to high standards, provide five-star customer service, assist stylists with gown fit and customization, maintain the alterations room and inventory, and ensure pricing compliance and quality control while handling multiple customers and transactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
- Prior sewing experience (bridal and/or special occasion production preferred)
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus
